Sun StorageTek 9985V

The Sun StorageTek 9985 is a scaled-down, modular version of the Sun StorageTek 9990 system and shares the same crossbar architecture, microcode, software, and connectivity protocols. The Sun StorageTek 9985 is the right choice for customers who have an existing investment in Sun StorageTek 9900 systems and software, and want a compatible system for new deployments where the full scalability of the Sun StorageTek 9990 is not required. Current StorageTek 9970 customers who are ready for a technology refresh will find the Sun StorageTek 9985 a compelling choice.
