The StorEdge 6540, formerly StorageTek FlexLine™ 380 storage system is an open systems disk-based data management solution that support high performance database environments. The StorEdge 6540 Array builds upon the success of the FlexLine 380 and adds new features such as; RoHS Compliancy, Common Storage Module II, the release of the 4Gb/s Fibre Channel disk drive availability and compatibility of the larger 500GB SATA drives.
