The high-availability 140-port Brocade M6140 Director is an ideal SAN switching solution for very large deployments. The protocol-independent architecture supports emerging technologies and is capable of handling simultaneous FICON and Fibre Channel traffic.
The Brocade M6140 Director is the only single-stage director to support transfer rates from 1 Gb/sec to 10 Gb/sec. It also provides exceptional flexibility by meeting the connectivity demands of both open systems and mainframe FICON environments.
